Statue challenge

2015. This was a challenge by a friend to recreate a statue in digital painting. I think I did an alright job. It was hell in the beginning as I'm not used to working with the exact technique I needed to make it look as real as possible, but it ended up being a fun challenge. I feel like I learned from this one, and I can't say that about every painting I've done.
